Helpful Tip -- When shipping stuff back - ship by weight, not a prepaid envelope - it should cost around $3/pair.
Although we never have had issues with our amazing customers, we do have a few "fine-print" items. Returns should be within 30-days (we are happy to work with you, within reason). We cannot guarantee the availability of any exchange items. Processing returns/exchanges can take up to 10-days after their arrival (our goal is 2-3 days).
We aren't able to take returns on Masks, because of the personal nature of them. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if we have reason to believe someone is taking advantage of our small business. We are a team of four moms, and we rely on trust with our wonderful community of customers in order to provide great deals on our custom designed clothing.
